ABOUT ME

Friends tell me I am a cheerful, open and giving person. My key values are fun, freedom, authenticity and growth.

I have over eighteen years’ experience working in film project management, strategic development and festival production in the UK and internationally.

My experiences have given me an understanding of leadership and management challenges, of effective relationship building, decision making and accountability.

I also know about loss, about starting over and about taking risks. I have made several significant career changes and lived in five different countries.

I was drawn to transformational coaching after having benefitted from it myself. I have studied coaching and coached people through challenges, and I have found great peace and happiness through applying the techniques I have learned to facilitate my own growth. I believe it is my life’s purpose to support others to achieve their goals and find their right path.

I am an Associate Certified Coach recognised by the main industry governing body, International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching and Group Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching.

I have also completed a Diploma in Counselling Skills, and CPDs in Trauma Informed and Non Violent Communication, Mindfulness and Meditation. I have a BA Hons from the University of Leeds.

Please feel free to contact me, I’d love to hear from you.
